The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information which will be used to inform the procurement strategy for West Dunbartonshire Councils (WDC's) Noise Insulation Scheme project. The main objective of the trial is to design, install and test noise insulation packages in a sample of residential premises that will build the evidence needed to identify the most cost effective and sustainable solutions for minimising the impact of aircraft noise on health and quality of life..
