Future requirements for other HIAL airports are described in Part B of the RFI. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The PSR/SSR at Inverness Airport were installed in 2008 and elements are now obsolete. HIAL therefore requires a replacement solution for primary and secondary surveillance at Inverness Airport to be procured in the near future. Currently there are several wind farms proposed in the vicinity of Inverness Airport at various stages of development, which have the potential to impact adversely on the Airport's PSR. HIAL and the Scottish Government both have strategic aims towards environmental management, which includes supporting renewable energy. To remove planning objections founded on potential impact to the Airport's PSR, HIAL is considering procurement of technical solutions successfully implemented at other airports. The demand for a radar mitigation solution is immediate and therefore HIAL plan to procure a technical solution in the financial year 2020/21..
