The External Auditor shall be required to perform audit duties in respect of the following: Audit of the following bodies described here after collectively as the "University" - University of Strathclyde - The Stenhouse Scholarship Trust The University will also require certification of the following specific returns: - The University's higher education discretionary fund return - The University's compliance return for the US Federal Family Education Loan Program - The return to the European Investment Bank confirming the University's compliance with its loan covenants. The appointed auditors will be required to certify that they are eligible for appointment within the meaning and requirements of the Companies Act.
