The contract will be available council wide and it is anticipated it will be awarded to a sole supplier. The contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 24 months in total. AS well as welfare cabins and lockable storage the Councils Building Services and Roads sites require safe storage of council materials, tools, wet rooms to dry clothes and equipment and break facilities for staff.. Compliant tenders will be evaluated using a weighting of price 70%, quality 25%, community benefits 4% and work force matters 1%.
