The required insulation material is Pyrolytic Graphite plates, which need to take load up to 2500kg/cm2 at temperature between room temperature and 1300 0C and insulates against heat migration along the die stack. The Thermal conductivity in the thickness direction of the plate must be below 1.75W/mdegK within the operating range of temperature. The material is required to be supplied machined and grinded with parallelism and planarity below 0.05mm.
