## Summary

The procurement process is initiated by River Clyde Homes, a public law body located at Roxburgh House, Greenock, UK, for a tender titled "Board Support & Development Consultancy." This contract falls within the housing and community amenities sector and is meant to enhance governance for the Group and Subsidiary Boards over an initial period of two years, with the possibility of two 12-month extensions. The active tender process, employing an open procedure, requires submission of proposals by 12 June 2020, with bid openings scheduled for the same date.

This tender provides an excellent opportunity for consultancy firms specialising in board governance, especially those with experience working with charitable organisations and a deep understanding of the Scottish Housing Regulator's framework. Businesses that can demonstrate relevant qualifications, a successful track record in similar engagements, and sound financial grounding are well-suited to compete. The successful bidder will play a vital role in supporting River Clyde Homes' Board development, potentially leading to further engagements in the growing housing sector.

The ambition of the River Clyde Homes Board is to build on its achievements and continue to deliver governance excellence.
