However the Association's existing Service Provider issued a 13 week termination notice in April 2020-the existing contract will now terminate on 15 July 2020.Given the Associations requirement to provide continuous services beyond this date there was insufficient time to conduct a full OJEU tender process,appoint a new provider,TUPE transfer existing employees and establish the required IT interfaces
