These works may include pre patching, ironwork repairs, white lining and minor screeding works etc. The first works order (2020) shall be included in this Invitation to Tender and shall form the basis of the Framework Contract / first package of works evaluation. The Framework Contract shall be in accordance with the rights and obligations of the Employer (Client) and the Contractor (Supplier) as regulated by the NEC4 Framework Contract (June 2017). Contracts awarded through the Framework will be subject to the conditions of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (June 2017).
