Service providers appointed to the framework have passed the Qualification Stage, demonstrated that they meet all the requirements of the National Standards Criteria and sub-criteria and have indicated that they are prepared to accept the Council's hourly rate of 6.80 GBP per hour.. The Council will have discretion to re-open this Flexible Framework to providers who will be able to apply to be appointed to the Flexible Framework.
