This management service includes: -Supply of Charts including management of supply of new editions and provision of chart management services and corrections; - Supply of navigational publications, some of which are digital and require annual subscriptions; - Supply of general information publications, including a variety of IMO publications like MARPOL, SOLAS and IMDG Code. - Supply of ARCS and AVCS electronic chart licences - Flag State Regulations. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
