Given the ad-hoc nature of this agreement the University intends to establish a Framework Agreement, with a single supplier, which shall set out the overarching terms and conditions under which specific purchases (call offs) can be made. As with the standard definitions of Framework Agreements the University offers no guarantee or any commitment to values stated within this notice.
