It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is anticipated that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for the 54Nr properties detailed within the invitation to tender document. Subsequent orders may be issued at the Associations discretion for 44Nr properties within Year 2, 65Nr within Year 3 and 60Nr within Year 4 and further possible addition of 78Nr within the final Year 4 of the Framework. Notwithstanding the above, the appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with the provider.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
