Lot 1

Blackwood are looking to appoint a single contractor to provide cyclical maintenance, compliance testing and reactive repairs services to various hoists and specialist baths located in both domestic and residential care settings across mainland Scotland - types and locations of the assets are fully detailed in Appendix D. The contract will cover an initial period of three years from 1 October 2020, with two additional 12-month extensions available subject to satisfactory performance. Blackwood also reserve the right to add additional assets to the contract during the contract period.

Options: Blackwood reserves the right to have the successful tenderer quote for additional works related to the contract, and to add additional assets to the scope of the contract during the contract term.

Renewal: Two 12-month extensions to the initial contract term will be available subject to satisfactory performance
