The Council is appointing a supplier to ensure compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, IEE Code of Practice for the in-service Inspection and Testing of Portable Electrical Equipment and the safety of our staff.. The Council has used it's emergency powers to award this business as a direct award with the Council's incumbent supplier during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
