This course will form a core part of the Leadership Competency Development Framework at Level 3 - Leading Functions, aimed at Head of and Senior Managers. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Following the creation of a Leadership Competency Framework across VisitScotland we have identified a Development need to source a training programme to support Strategic Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills. The training has been identified following an organisational wide needs analysis and from the staff engagement survey, that identified a skills gap across the organisation in Strategic Decision making and Problem Solving. This course will form a core part of the Leadership Competency Development Framework at Level 3 - Leading Functions, aimed at Head of and Senior Managers. Renewal: The contract will be awarded for an initial period of up to 12 months.
