The purpose of this ITT is to invite firms to quote for the provision of Facilities Management

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The scope of this tender is to provide Facility Management Services to the Oil and Gas Technology Centre, aiming to commence on or around the 1st December 2020, renewable on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance for an anticipated maximum period of 3 years. Further details of the scope are as follows: - Facilities management - including daily office cleaning of both 18 & 20 Queen's Road - Daily open and close of office (when required) - Nightly Security Checks - Weekly Fire Alarm Testing - Monthly deep clean - Internal and external window cleaning - Grounds Maintenance - Waste Collections - Fire Evacuation Tests (twice per year) and upkeep of fire equipment - Car parking gritting x 3 sites when necessary - Annual / 6 monthly testing - e.g. LOLER, office equipment etc - Adhoc repairs to building when necessary (gutter cleaning/carpet cleaning, light bulb replacements, PAT Testing etc)

Renewal: May be extended depending on performance
