### Lot Information

Lot 1

The following information is intended to give Candidates an overview of the high level requirements to submit relevant proposals to join the proposed Framework for Training Provision for the Councils Pathways Programme. . Requirements: Service Providers are asked to submit proposals for relevant courses for around 120 young people aged 15-18 years, that will give practical insight to the world of work that may help these pupils work towards and focus on their post school destination. . Desirable course areas (Business Sectors) for these pupils include: - Construction and related sub-sectors i.e. joinery, plumbing, electrical, gas, ground works, welding, bricklaying, painting and decorating - Vehicle mechanics - Hair and Beauty - Early Years and Childcare - Hospitality - Sound Production Tenderers may make proposals for courses in one or more of the above Sectors . Course Timeline; main delivery element of the programme will take place between September and December 2020. A small proportion of the pupils may continue continue to access provision from January to June 2021. Throughout the programme each young person will have the opportunity to select 3 days of input from service providers each week while attending the Pathways Programme. This must consist of five hours of delivery per day between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm. . Tenderers will be required to provide documentary evidence to the Council for: All Insurances specified in the ITT; PVG disclosure for all trainers and employees involved in the service delivery. . Further to this overview, a detailed specification is contained within the main Invitation to Tender (ITT) document which is accessible (and downloadable) from the Buyer Attachment area within the PCS-T Tendering System. . The Framework must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice and the following documents contained within the PCS-T Tendering System; Invitation to Tender (ITT) and the General Conditions of Contract. . Tenderers must respond to a serious of Selection Questions within the PCS-T Qualification Envelope; . Tenderers must download and complete a range of Award Questions and Statements located within the PCS-T Technical Envelope (minimum score criteria applies); . Tenderers must download and complete a Pricing Schedule located within the PCS-T Commercial Envelope.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE EXCLUSION GROUNDS: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
