The works involve elements of building refurbishment, new build and external works and include: - refurbishment of the existing one storey steading building (including attic spaces) - refurbishment of the existing 4 storey museum building - one/two storey new build extension to the museum formed between the two existing structures. - new build detached services building - site works relating to improved car parking, paths and landscaping.
