The upgrade of the BEMS shall consist of replacing the 963 with a suitable BEMS and the migration of all existing properties to the new system. The replacement BEMS and it's installation shall fully comply with the requirements of the IT division (Appendix F). All installation work to carried out by a contractor approved by Trend Control Systems.
