## Notice

The service will also include scheduled on-site maintenance visits and 24/7 off-site response and support, there are approximately 206 BEMS sites currently within the estate, but this figure is subject to change throughout the contract term. The contract will include for the provision of broadband line installs for any newly installed BEMS (approx.. 20 per annum) throughout the contract life and to retrofit, as a minimum 100 of the Councils 3G/4G networking sites with broadband lines (approximately 137 3G/4G sites currently within the estate).
