## Summary

The tender titled "Finance and Management Information Platform/Enterprise Resource Planning Project" is being initiated by Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) as part of their planning stage. This procurement aims to digitally transform FLS's Finance and Procurement functions to create a centralised data platform. The address of the organisation is 1 Highlander Way, Inverness Retail Park, Inverness, UK. The total estimated value of the project is £2,000,000. Interested parties should note the future notice for market engagement scheduled for June 1, 2021, and are encouraged to review attached documents for detailed requirements.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in modern financial and procurement solutions, particularly those offering integrated, modular systems that can operate in real-time and provide business intelligence capabilities. Companies that can demonstrate experience in developing platforms that seamlessly integrate with third-party systems will be well-positioned to compete. Additionally, businesses involved in providing technological advancements in data management and operational efficiencies within the environmental protection or public sector industries may find this opportunity particularly aligned with their services.

## Notice

FLS is considering options to procure a solution that will initially focus on transforming our Finance and Procurement functions on a centralised data platform. This will provide the platform upon which to deliver a more integrated and data-driven business model. The requirements of other business areas, as detailed in the attached documents, will be reviewed and options considered as part of this transformation. FLS would like to explore options to digitally transform its Finance and Procurement activities so that it can take advantage of new technologies and ways of working that will benefit FLS teams, customers and suppliers. This solution should be modern, integrated, and modular with a centralised data platform. It should be able to integrate with 3rd party systems, operate in real-time, provide business intelligence and deliver an intuitive and user friendly experience. FLS would also like to explore options for other parts of the business whose systems and system interfaces will be directly impacted by this change, namely Sales and Marketing, Fleet Management, and other business units responsible for operations and outbound logistics (e.g. Plant and Seed Supply). Please see attached documents for core and additional requirements and further information on requirements.
