The Programme will include the following key elements: - Personal and social skills development; - Employability skills - Health and wellbeing The programme should be accessible to young people aged 15-19 who are in their last 6 months of schooling and reside in Rutherglen Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Uddingston, Blantyre and Hamilton areas of South Lanarkshire. . Welcome opportunities for young people to achieve accreditation through recognised certification and to take part in some form of work experience through their time on the programme. . Induction sessions should be offered prior to the programme commencing to allow young people/staff to meet and give an overview of the programme. Parents/carers should be invited to this, parental engagement should be demonstrated throughout the programme.
