Services will be commissioned on an ad hoc basis and whilst it is expected that advice will be required in all the categories listed below, it is not possible to give definitive details of volume. - Incident response (including emergency response) - Legislative advice/updates - Site inspections - Analytical services - Training It is expected that this will cover but is not limited to areas of risk including asbestos, gas safety, electricity safety, fire safety and structural integrity.
