### Lot Information

Lot 1

Williamsburgh Housing Association are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Responsive Repair and Void Property Works with a suitably experienced and qualified service provider. The Contract is intended to commence not later than Monday 11th January 2021 and will operate for a maximum of two years (with the option for annual 12 month extension unto a maximum of three further years) subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through Key Performance Indicators. The Contract will primarily be delivered in Paisley, Renfrew and Johnstone, Renfrewshire but may also include services to properties in other towns and villages throughout Renfrewshire. The anticipated Contract Value is 371,526 GBP per annum (excluding VAT) based on the total value of Williamsburgh Housing Association's responsive repairs and void property works undertaken from 1st April 2019-31st March 2020.

Renewal: May take up option of twelve month extensions up to a maximum of three further years (2023-2026) at an estimated value of 371526 GBP (excluding VAT) per annum.
