The Virtuose 6D TAO robot provides 6 degrees of freedom haptic feedback in a large workspace typical of a robotic manipulator and it will be used in various research involving physical robotic assistance, haptic feedback, and master-slave tele-operation. Package includes license Virtuose API, Extended button box, Ethernet or Ethercat interface, Upgrade to 70N & peak 30N. The principal purpose of the contract is to acquire goods in connection with research undertaken by the University.
