The 35T Injection Moulding Machine is around 2.5m in length and less than a meter in width offering flexibility on the screw size, which enables research teams to mould a largest volume range. The Injection Moulding Machine consists of: 28 or 32mm Diam. Hi Wear Resistant Plasticising Unit (58ccm or 76ccm Volume), 1/2" or 35mm Radius Open Nozzle, Fill of Hydraulic Oil, Set of Anti-Vibration Mounts, 50mm Mould height Reduction bushing, Secondary Plasticising unit 14mm Diameter (6.1ccm Volume), Multi-shapes mould tool, Air cooled chiller 4kw capacity, Mould temperature Control Unit and floor mounted Twin Tower Desiccant Drier unit.
