The complex will comprise of the following: 1Nr - Block 1 Staff Base GFA - 102.83m2 1Nr - Block 2 (6 House Block) GFA - 296.88m2 1Nr - Block 3 (2 House Block) - 123.03m2 1Nr - Block 4 (7 House Block and Plant room) GFA - 394.34m2 The work includes strip foundations, timber frame construction, with brick/block outer skin, tiled roof includes low pressure hot water and heating with communal heating plant, electrical installation, fire alarms, etc. Ancillary work includes external services, drainage, roads, fences, car park and landscaping work; and The site will be built on the demolished site of the previous vacant former sheltered housing complex.
