### Lot Information

Lot 1

The supplier could be required to deliver and spread woodchip in quantities as low as 10m3 and as high as 100m3. Quantities will be drawn down as and when required by the client. Ideally the product should be delivered by pneumatic blowing equipment via flexible hoses as this reduces vehicle and plant movements in and around play areas resulting in reduced risk to children.. The contractor should be aware that many of the sites have no vehicle access or very poor access over grass. The Contractor should allow for this in the price and ensure you can cover all damage caused by delivery and installation of the woodchip product to the play areas.

Renewal: two separate 12 month periods of extension at the discretion of the Council
