Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the supply and fit of Medical Adaptations for the 2020-21 financial year.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Works are required from time to time for SBHA Tenants whose needs have changed due to medical conditions which require adaptations to the homes provided. These could be access adaptations, bathrooms or kitchens, the successful contractor will be required to supply and fit such adaptations. SBHA would like to reserve the right to extend this contract for a further 12 months should budget and tenant need require such an extension.. Each bidder must complete the ESPD (Scotland) all requirements are on a pass/fail basis and will be evaluated prior to evaluation of Tenders. Bidders who fail any element of the ESPD will be contacted if clarification is required otherwise the tender will not be evaluated.

Options: Adaptations by their nature are specific to tenant need and therefore flexibility must be maintained to meet specific needs/requirements as they arise.

Renewal: A possible 12 month extension as at 30 March 2021 to 31 March 2022
