Consultancy Services to deliver a program of work to deliver several key priorities within the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (SOWEC) Supply Chain Roadmap. We are commissioning the program via a singular, competitive tender with multiple workstreams in order to secure maximum impact and benefits from the synergies between these intrinsically linked and inter-dependent activities. There are five workstreams identified which will result in one final written report: 1. - Supply Chain Stakeholder mapping/review 2. - UK-Scottish contents baseline 3. - Central PQQ Platform 4. - Standardised General Terms and Conditions of contract for offshore wind 5. - Advertising portal The program is tendered as a fixed price commission and the successful contractor will have the flexibility to dedicate the necessary resource to each workstream within the overall program budget.
