### Lot Information

Lot 1

Maintenance and painter works are required to be carried out to approximately one-eighth of the housing stock each year - approximately 950 properties per year. Perth & Kinross Council own approximately 7700 homes for rent including a high percentage of flats with clusters of mixed-tenure housing blocks. The housing stock is divided into 4 areas namely City, North, South and Letham/Tulloch combined. The maintenance and painter works are carried out to approximately one-eighth of the housing stock each year. The works comprise: - Common repairs - this relates to work needed to repair communal doors, windows, internal close areas. - Minor structural repairs or work to external walls, roofs, doors, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods, fencing and internal communal closes. - Repairs within the curtilage of the buildings including boundary fencing etc.. This award was a mini competition under Scottish Procurement Alliance's (SPA) Whole House 2 Framework (WH2).
