Support may be requested in relation to the identification of costs and implementation timetables, assessment of environmental effectiveness, decisions on scope, and identification of relevant international contacts for a range of waste and resource management interventions. When considering international options and best practice, transferability of learnings to a Scottish context will be a key consideration.
