Lot 1

HIAL wish to appoint a single Supplier to supply, deliver, install and commission Voice Communication Control (VCCS) equipment; decommission existing equipment; and provide support services, compliant with all regulatory and operational requirements, at Inverness, Kirkwall, Sumburgh and Dundee Airports. The replacement programme at the sites will be phased over 3 years and be completed by 31.12.2020. The Contract will subsist until the expiry of the support service at the final site. The modification will extend the system installed for Sumburgh Airport to a new approach radar controller working position in Inverness to be delivered in 2021.
