Berwickshire Housing Association's (BHA) is inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for a Stock Condition Survey and Financial projections from the stock condition survey. The purpose of BHAs Asset Management Strategy is to continue to manage and maintain our properties to ensure the long-term sound viability of the Association, whose properties are its chief assets. We aim to manage and maintain our stock cost effectively, upgrading and disposing of properties as appropriate to meet our customers priorities, affordability and wider housing needs, through a sustainable stock portfolio. Key elements in delivering this aim are to have sound condition data and corresponding investment requirements as critical business information.
