## Summary

The procurement process, led by The Common Services Agency (NHS National Services Scotland), involves the acquisition of Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CCBT) Software, with a specific focus on services related to General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Insomnia. The tender process is currently active and has moved into the Award stage. The overall budget for the procurement is set at £1,300,000, and the contract will initially span 12 months, commencing upon award, with the potential for a two-year Phase 2 rollout contingent on clinical acceptance. Key dates include the tender submission deadline, which concludes on 16 November 2020.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adept in software development and mental health solutions. Companies providing innovative digital therapies, particularly those focused on mental health, will find this contract appealing. The dual-type software requirements (GAD and Insomnia) indicate a need for suppliers who can deliver quality, functionality, and maintenance options to support the NHS's ongoing initiatives in mental health care. Engaging in this procurement not only fosters business growth but also positions companies as critical players in enhancing public health services.
