### Lot Information

Lot 1

The projects for which services will be required will include but not limited to undertaking stonework surveys to ascertain the extent of any repairs to prepare a scope of works, all drawings, specifications to allow the Association to tender for the works required to repair the building and make structurally safe. The consultant will further supervise and administrate the works post contract.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
