The objective of the proposed works is to construct an extension to form nursery entrance and office, relocate a primary school class to an existing space within the school to allow the nursery to be operated from the footprint of the existing building. The mechanical and electrical services will be altered and extended to meet this provision. New designated toilets are being formed within the existing primary school. New kitchen and wet area facilities will be formed for the nursery. The existing finishes will be replaced and upgraded in the new nursery accommodation. The existing temporary building will have all services disconnected and will be removed from site to allow new external play area to be formed. The existing boiler to the primary school will be replaced like for like.
