## Notice

The work to be undertaken comprises the provision of reactive and planned maintenance works to approximately 2200 new build, tenement, terraced or cottage houses/ flats and associated roofs/ common areas throughout the properties of the participating member Associations of DRUMCOG, within Drumchapel, Glasgow G15. The successful Candidate will be one of a number of Framework contractors responsible for [sharing] reactive and planned maintenance repair works throughout the properties of the participating member Associations of DRUMCOG, categorised under the Right to Repair Statutory Scheme, each with the appropriate response times. Trades are to be provided for the following Framework [Lots] works in domestic properties: Lot 1 Multi trade; Lot 2 Out of hours; Lot 3 Communication [door entry/ TV]; Lot 4 Electrical; Lot 5 Glazing; Lot 6 Joinery; Lot 7 Painting/ Decoration; Lot 8 Plumbing; Lot 9 Roofing; Lot 10 Stage 3 adaptations; Lot 11 Voids; Lot 12 Gas Boilers/ Heating. The initial contract period will be to 31st March 2022, with options to extend the framework contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2025.

Multi Trade

The tender documents comprise: Stage 1- the Capability document [ ESPD format] criteria requires relevant experience within the last 3 years, minimum selection standards and selection of Lots; The Capability document [ ESPD format] evaluation will be pass/ fail for the minimum selection standards. Insert your Construction Line registration number at 2A.1.1 and select the trades lots applied for at 2A.18. Part 4C.1 [relevant examples] will be assessed and scored from bidders responses including: relevant experience; administration, supervisory & quality; communications, workload and reporting; and KPI's, completions & invoicing. Scores will be /100 and converted to a percentage. The ten highest scoring contractors for each lot who achieve a minimum of 65% will be invited to proceed to stage 2 tender. Future Stage 2 [only for candidates successful at Stage 1]- comprises the Specification of Works [contract & tender document] including attachments; and a Tender Quality Questionnaire [TQQ]. The stage 2 tender evaluation will comprise your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Rates stated [for Trades Lots selected] on the Form of Tender. The criteria for scoring will be to reach a total percentage score as follows: Price (tender)- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender rate is in excess of the lowest rate, prior to weighting. Quality- out of 100 for your TQQ submission, ranked in relation to the other candidates. The candidates will be scored relative to each other (best answer scoring highest), based on the Employer's individual aspirations/ requirements and the information provided by the candidate(s).. Renewal: The contract period is 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2025
