### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works may comprise but not limited to the cleaning of sandstone, carrying out stone replacements to the main facade and ingoes, stone repairs and infilling of cracks and pointing. There is also requirement for replacing existing leadworks and introducing external wall insulation.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
