These works will be carried out during normal office hours. Cadder Housing Association currently operates a "handy person" service and it is anticipated that this service will continue alongside the repairs, maintenance and void services provided by any contractor. Cadder Housing Association also currently operates a DLO with a workforce of 6 craft and manual staff. These posts may be covered by the TUPE Regulations. In financial year 2019-20 Cadder Housing Association raised 2260 repairs works orders. The value of the works described above, which were carried out in financial year 2019-20, was circa GBP400,000. Future work volumes cannot be guaranteed. Cadder Housing Association is keen to hear from any interested contractors. We would like to take this opportunity to obtain feedback and marketplace intelligence on our proposed tender.
