### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract shall comprise of the cleaning of windows at NHS Dumfries & Galloway sites in line with BS 8213-1:2004 "Design for safety in use and during cleaning of windows, including door-height windows and roof windows - Code of practice." The works indicated above shall enable the client to demonstrate compliance with the relevant sections of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. The contract shall comprise of the remedial works required to repair the existing equipment if found to be faulty subject to the prior approval of the Budget Holder and Client.. The Contractor must be: - CHAS Premier Plus Registered contractor if successful in the tender process - A member of the British Window Cleaning Academy (BWCA) or equivalent

Renewal: Option by NHSDG to extend for a further 12 months in 1 x 12 month interval.
