## Summary

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking providers for the "Flexible Framework for Early Learning and Childcare Services in North Lanarkshire 2020/2023 - Entry Point 2". This procurement falls under the category of services and is located within the geographic boundaries of North Lanarkshire, UK. The tender process is currently at the Award stage, with the contract award signed on 3rd February 2021, following the open procurement method. Interested parties should note that the previous tender period ended on 18th December 2020, and successful providers will support the delivery of funded placements to children aged 2 to 4 years, as mandated by the Scottish Government's regulations.

This tender presents significant opportunities for childcare providers and nurseries, particularly those well-versed in early years education. Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and childminders can apply, as the framework is designed to accept new entrants who were not included in the previous rounds. Businesses that can meet the requirements for care inspectorate registration, provide high-quality childcare, and demonstrate commitment to Fair Work practices—such as offering the real Living Wage—will be in a strong position to compete. Engaging in this framework allows businesses to expand their client base and contribute to the essential provision of early learning services within the community.
