This contract will be tendered as one Lot and requires one contractor to carry out the Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment listed within the Work Schedule Cost Summary Document. To ensure the council can fulfil statutory obligations in relation to Health & Safety regulations though not restricted to the provision of the following summary of services and shall ensure compliance at all times. - Air Conditioning Plant - TM44 Inspections and Documentation All rates supplied within the "Work Schedule Cost Summary_(Tenderers Name)" should include any access equipment required and time to identify the fault.
