Training, support and in-reach on a regular basis will be available from the Psychiatry of Old Age Liaison Team. The enhanced care service will not be expected to provide long term dementia care but rather an environment where re-enablement, rehabilitation and person centred interventions will facilitate onward placement to a suitable care environment. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The provision of an enhanced dementia care service within a care setting.
