Lot 1

An appraisal of various alignment options through a formal assessment of benefits and risks. Timelines: 1.Investigation Phase: January - March 2021 2.Report Development and Finalisation: mid-term report end of February, final report 19th April 2021 3.Report to be presented to the Chairs and Principals of the seven colleges: w/c 26th April 2021 Outputs 1.A mid-term written update / progress report 2.A final written report 3.Recommendations, in writing and detailing next steps and including a 'roadmap' as mentioned in the scope of work. 4.A presentation of findings to the seven academic partner Chairs and Principals The reports will be received by the seven academic partners and UHI to inform both individual and collective strategic dialogue and action.. The ESPD module should be completed and uploaded with submission. Where a consortium or sub-contracting approach is proposed, all bidders should complete an ESPD.
