Lot 1

he University required a supplier to supply, deliver and commission: - 1 x Cut Off Saw, - 2 x Metallographic Sample Grind and Polisher, - 1 x Electronic Polisher / Etcher, - 1 x Vibro Polisher The appointed supplier will be required to liaise closely with the AFRC regarding the delivery schedule of all pieces of equipment and commission all equipment on site at the AFRC. The anticipated lead time for all equipment required us within three (3) months. The Supplier must provide all necessary human resources and equipment to deliver, offload and position the equipment in its final location. The Supplier must unpack the equipment and remove all packaging. The tenderer must be able to provide twelve (12) months warranty as a minimum including servicing and delivery. Training must also be included on all pieces of a equipment for a minimum of three (3) AFRC staff members.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.
