The Association wishes to appoint a single contractor to undertake a planned preventative maintenance regime for this equipment, to comply with current and future regulations. Including: dry riser, emergency lighting systems, fire alarm and detectors systems, fire extinguishers and fire blankets, smoke vent systems, sprinkler systems.

Renewal: Port of Leith Housing Association may consider extension of Contract for two 1 year extensions
