The Direct Network Service Provider (DNSP) is a fundamental core component of the forthcoming ESN. DNSP Network Connections are essential infrastructure for Police Scotland's transition to the ESN that is being delivered under the ESMCP.. DNSP is a national requirement for all emergency service organisations in Scotland, England and Wales. Consequently, the UK Home Office negotiated a contract on the behalf of all organisations to provide access to compliant and accredited DNSP.
