This Website Discovery Project will assess the need for a new website for the Scottish Information Commissioner, set out requirements and recommendations for a new website (including identifying user 'personas' and priorities), and prepare a roadmap for development of a new website. The aim is to ensure any new website is developed appropriately and efficiently. The invitation to tender was published on the 6 January 2021 via Lot 1 of the DPS on the PCS-Tender portal and closed on 20 January 2021.
