The tender providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractor over the term of the Contract subject to the Conditions set out within the Contract documents. The Contract duration is 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years at the Associations discretion. The exact requirements are set out in the DRAFT contract documents attached to this notice.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period.
